Zurmo – Creating Opportunities in Zurmo

You’ve just come across another revenue opportunity and want to capture it in Zurmo! Zurmo CRM makes it fast and simple to capture the details of your new revenue opportunity.

The first step is to make sure you are on your Zurmo Dashboard. By selecting the Home button you will be situated on your Zurmo Dashboard.

In the upper right corner of the Dashboard you will notice the ‘create’ button. Click on the create button to trigger a drop down list of options. Select Opportunity from the list.

Once Opportunity is selected, Zurmo will refresh the screen with a Create Opportunity detail page. This page allows you to enter all of the important details of this opportunity.

Enter all of the important details pertaining to your new opportunity in the appropriate fields. Continue to complete all of the fields with the required Opportunity information. Note that certain field names such as Name for example are marked with a red asterisk (*) which denotes a required data field.

Once you have completed entering data in all of the required and other Opportunity fields, scroll to the bottom of the screen and select Save.


Once you select Save, your Opportunity will be saved and added to your Opportunity List. To see a list of your active Opportunities, click on the Opportunities option on the Zurmo Dashboard.
