Hello,
In this post I’ll tell you what are the correct paths and settings you need to use to make Clip-Bucket work under Arvixe.
Difficulty level: Easy
1. Log in to the admin area (www.yourdomain.com/admin_area) with your admin username and password, if you are not already logged in.
2. When you are logged in, look in the left column for “Website Configurations” inside “Stats and Configurations”. Click it.
3. On the top navigation go to the Uploading and Conversion Settings tab.
4. Make everything look like this image:
OR
<em>FFMPEG Binary Path: /usr/local/bin/ffmpeg Turn on VF: No PHP Binary Path: /usr/local/bin/php MP4Box Binary Path: /usr/local/bin/MP4Box Flvtool2 Binary Path: /usr/local/bin/flvtool2</em>
5. Update settings.
That’s it! You’ve just configured settings so that CB can convert videos.
If you are still having trouble with conversion, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Best Regards,
Richi
Hey,
Everytime I upload a large video I get an error 500 message. Small files will upload and seconds after the upload they’re converted and ready to be used. Could you help me?
Thanks,
Jos Savelberg
You should probably update the flvtool2 path on this article. It is not in that directory anymore…..
Thanks! The article has been updated!

I have a problem with processing videos. I uploaded two .mp4 files and came back 3 hours later and they were still “Processing”. I had applied the settings above prior to uploading. I have recently migrated to a VPS. It was all working before I moved the files.
Hello,
Please create a ticket on http://support.arvixe.com so we can further investigate this.

Richi
