This article will focus on the many icons that are present through the phpFox Admincp. Understanding these icons, is a key element to managing your phpFox website.
The following two icons are seen on sections where you can enable or disable a feature or option. For example, the Manage Modules page.
The green circle means that the option you are looking at is enabled.
The red circle means that the option you are looking at is disabled.
Note, that this is also the case when you are given the option to ban and unban members, only the red circle next to a member name means that they are NOT banned, and a green circle means that they ARE banned.
The next few icons are found in many different places.
The down arrow seen here symbolizes a drop down menu with one or more options. This is one of the most common symbols found in your admincp.
The up and down arrow is found in lists, and allows you to move the specific option up or down the list. An example of this is in the list of Countries.
This icon allows you to drag an option up and down, as well as to and from being a child of another option. This can be found in the Manage Forums and other modules that have multiple tiers of options.
The following icons are found in one or just a couple of places.
This icon can be found specifically in the Manage Modules screen. It allows you to install any module that is not currently installed, specifically, the modules that come default with phpFox.
This edit icon can be found under the Modules menu, in some of the Manage Categories, for example, in the Manage Categories of the Apps module and the eGift module.
This delete icon can be found under the Modules menu, in some of the Manage Categories, for example, in the Manage Categories of the Apps module and the eGift module.
