[TomatoCart] Integrate price range filter into the product listing page of bootstrap template

A price range filter is very important for an online store because it is effective for your potential customers to find the proper product with it. In default bootstrap template of TomatoCart system,  there isn’t such kind of filter within product listing page. So, I have implemented a plugin for you. In this article, I will teach you how to integrate an elegant price range filter into your store. It will look like:

As you can see, the price range is calculated automatically based on current products in the category.

Steps to integrate it into your store

Step 1. Download a price_range.zip at https://www.dropbox.com/s/v3x32x9j0nx6u7u/price_range.zip?dl=0

Step 2. Unzip it and then you will see following files:

Step3. Backup the same files in your TomatoCart root directory.

Step4. Copy above includes, templates folds into your tomatocart root directory to override the original ones.

When you access your product listing page, you will see the price range shown at the top of toolbar.

This feature will be added into next TomatoCart version. In addition, the variants and attributes filters will also be supported.

    Jack, it will be better to group ALL attribute filters + manufacturer filter + price filter in one box at first left column. By combining these filters customer will be able to do the exact selection of products he wants to buy.

    PS: Please, update current 1.1.9 on github because now bootstrap3 template just even doesn’t start from the box
