When you update your Social Engine to the latest version the Themes are not included in the upgrade package so as to not overwrite your modifications.
If you have modified your themes, you will need to manually merge the changes into the new files.
To upgrade your themes download the latest version up to 4.7.0 Here and you can install them via your package management section of the Admin CP
