If you want to add a heart icon in front of the name of the person who likes something in the wall then do the following steps.

Open theme.css

Find:

.comments .comments_likes,
   .comments .comments_viewall
   {
    font-size: .8em;
   }

Replace with:

 .comments .comments_likes
      { 
       background-image: url(~/application/modules/Core/externals/images/likes_heart.png);
       background-repeat: no-repeat;
       background-position: left;
      font-size: .8em;
      padding-left: 20px;
      height: 16px;
      }
      .comments .comments_viewall
      {
        font-size: .8em;
      }

Upload a 16 x1 6px heart icon to /application/modules/Core/externals/images/likes_heart.png
