This article will give you a step by step guide on how to get more detailed errors in IIS within the new control panel of WebsitePanel.

Sign into your WebsitePanel and follow these steps:

1) Click Websites

2) Select the domain that you are experiencing the error on

3) Click the Errors tab

4) Check the IIS, ASP.NET and ASP boxes

5) Click Update

You will now receive a much more helpful error page

    Please add the steps that take a User to the Server from your Hosting Account page.
    I had to guess to find the Control Panel shown as the starting point of this demo.

      Hi, the sign in details are different for everyone. We send your personal account details in your “Hosting Account Information” e-mail as soon as the account is setup.

      cPanel is the platform we use for our Linux hosting packages. WebsitePanel is what we’re using on our Windows servers.

      Are you currently on Linux or Windows (ASP)?
