Note: This feature should ONLY be enabled for the Administrator user group.

On the Manage User Groups screen, click the drop down arrow to the left of Administrator, and select Manage User Settings.
On the Manage User Group screen, scroll down the left column to find the User settings. In the list of User settings, scroll down to the bottom and you will find the setting for “Can members of this user group log in as another user without entering a password?”
Select Yes for this setting. and click Save. The Member Snoop option is now enabled for the Administrator User Group.
To login as a member, select Users > Browse Users.
On the Browse Members screen, select the drop down arrow to the left of the member you want to login as and select Log in as this user.
The next screen gives you the option to Login as the user or abort the Member Snoop.
Note that logging in as a user, will in essence make you act as if you are the user you are logging in with. This means that anything you post or anything you delete is done by that user. To log back in as the site administrator, you will have to log out of the member’s account and log back in as your administrator account.
