Hello! Today we are going to discuss how to configure GoogleApps for Documents!
It’s quite a simple process and allows you to use Documents on your own domain!
So first you are going to log into your cPanel and find Simple DNS editor like so:
Click on it and you will see this page:
So now we are going to log into our GoogleApps dashboard and click on apps like so:
Once you do this you will see this page:
Now Google has changed the name of Documents to Google Drive so that is what we are going to configure so go ahead and click on the link like above and you will see this page:
Next to the link that is highlighted above when you mouse over it you will see edit go ahead and click that and you will see this popup box:
Now select the domain that you want for this we are going to select our custom domain after you do that you should see save changes so click that and this box appears:
So now that you see this box go back to your cPanel where you have DNS manager open and put in the information where CNAME is like so:
You will then click Add CNAME Record and then go back to Google Apps and click I’ve Already Done this. It will save your changes!
That’s it now when you navigate to your docs.yourdomain.com you will see this:
