Today we are going to discuss how to add a copyright to the footer of your forum. Like so:
This is a pretty simple task to complete and I will show you how to do so now.
You will be editing what is called extras_copywrite
Well where do I find this you ask? Well we will go ahead and log into our admin control panel. You will navigate to Appearance like so:
You will then click Search Phrases like so:
After that you will see this page:
Type in extra_copyright into title contains and click search like so:
After you do that you should see this page:
Click on the hyper linked text and it will show you this:
Enter the copyright information that you want displayed then click Save Phrase. You will see this:
Now we just have to go to our forum board home page and make sure that it’s saved. So navigate to your home page and look at the bottom for your custom copyright.
Mine is there so I know that it’s set!
