Customer Satisfaction Survey – June 2013


This months customer satisfaction survey results are in. The response was excellent with 460 surveys submitted. After going through all of them, this is what we found…

93% of those who filled out our survey would recommend us to their friends! Thank you for your support to those 93%! Our average customer service rating was about 8.6 (8.6022 to be exact!).

After responding to several hundred surveys and gathering all of the data we need to keep improving, we had our system automatically choose a winner. This month, the winner of our Galaxy Tab 2 is Gareth from Gareth! Thank you for taking the time out to fill out our survey!

    I have always been a big fan of customer satisfaction surveys and the results they yield. I have been using SoGoSurvey for customer feedback for a while now and highly recommend their online survey tool.
