Customer Satisfaction Survey – July 2013

Another summer month, and another successful customer satisfaction survey sent out; the results are finally in! The response was excellent with 445 surveys submitted. After going through all of them, this is what we found…

92.63% of those who filled out our survey would recommend us to their friends! Once again thank for your support of our brand to those 92.63%! Our average customer service rating was about 8.65 (8.6584 to be exact!).

After going through our mountain of surveys, we had our system pick one winner at random to collect the Galaxy Tab2! The winner this month was our customer Kevin, who’s domain is anonymous at this time. Thank you Kevin and congratulations!
