Thank you for everyone who sent back the customer satisfaction survey, we appreciate your feedback.

91.56% of those who filled out our survey would recommend us. Our average customer service rating was about 8.55.

After responding to several hundred surveys and gathering all of the data we need to keep improving, we had our system automatically choose a winner. This month, the winner of our Galaxy Tab 2 is Scott from – Congrats Scott! Thank you for taking the time out to fill out our survey!

Samsung TabI won a Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 for reporting on a great hosting experience in the customer satisfaction survey. I even got contacted since a comment in the survey mentioned I would transfer my domain registration if they offered private registration which apparently they do and I missed. Reliable and fast hosting with amazing support the few times I have contacted them gives me no reason to think about hosting with anyone but Arvixe. – Scott (

    Service is excelent , evrytime when i have used friendly persons which are able tu help me with al my problems to speak a fine english, the people with many pacion try to understand and resolved al my problems
