Hello,
Sometimes it is necessary to clear your local cache (not the same as your browser’s cache) to clear up errors:
Windows:
Press the windows key, and type “cmd”
In the prompt, type “ipconfig /flushdns” hit enter
Mac:
Press command+spacebar on your keyboard, and type terminal, hit enter:
Type “dscacheutil -flushcache” press enter, it may ask for your password, if it does, its asking for the admin user password:
If that doesn’t work, try “sudo killall -HUP mDNSResponder”
Linux:
There are several ways per each distribution of linux, all of the commands are run in terminal:
sudo /etc/init.d/nscd restart
nscd -I hosts
Please refer to the documentation of the distribution of your OS before running any commands.
Thanks!

Kevin I mistakenly put my username and password on the blog message screen. How can I get it removed quickly.

Hello,
No worries. Posts don’t automatically get published so no one would have seen your comment (and I have now remove it from our back end also).
I’ve also reached out to you via email.
Thanks,
Alex.
