Adding “nofollow” URLs via Your phpFox Control Panel

There are many ways to improve SEO for your phpFox website, one of the simplest ways is to add rel=”nofollow” to urls that you do not want the search engines to waste their time crawling.

To create your nofollow urls, login to the phpFox admincp and go to Tools > SEO > NoFollow URLs


To add a URL to the nofollow list, type the FULL url into the URL box under Add New URL and click Submit.


The URL will show up in the list below:


Typical pages that you would want to set a nofollow on would be user/login, user/register, invite, contact, and user/browse.

You should now be able to setup nofollow links to better aid the search engines to crawl your website.
