Add Live Support Chat to your WordPress Blog with Livesupporti

In case if you provide services for your visitors, you need a mechanism to effectively communicate with your clients for speedy resolution of their problems. Of course, you can provide support through email and phone but it would be much more helpful if you have enabled live chat on your blog. Sometimes, your client will have one simple doubt and in such a case you can resolve them within minutes directly over the web.

Livesupporti is a tool/plugin which enables you to add live support chat to your WordPress website so you can communicate with your visitors directly from your desktop. The service is free for one blog/site.

In order to use Livesupporti, you need to install it from within the WordPress dashboard

You will view a new page, where you need to provide the product key, which can be generated from the official website. The plugin provides a helpful link which enable you to copy/paste your key.

The page will be refreshed as soon as you provide the key. You will be able to view a message on the bottom right hand side of your blog as shown below

If you expand the link, you will view a message which states that you are offline and your visitors will be able to contact you by sending a message via the displayed contact form.

The plugin installation is not yet complete. You need to install a client tool available from the Livesupporti official website. Actually, it is a simple executable tool which doesn’t require any installation. You need to provide your username and password and after that you will be able to chat with your site visitors.

An icon will appear on the Taskbar using which you can navigate directly to your dashboard after establishing connectivity with the client.

In order to trigger the client tool, you need to visit your website where you have installed the chat plugin and start chat. As soon as you enter a word, the client tool will be activated and you will be able to directly navigate to your Livesupporti dashboard.

I noticed while testing the plugin that the client tool deactivates after a minute of activating the chat. Moreover, the developer need to improve the chat system as well.
