Zurmo – Configuring & Customizing Your Dashboard – Arranging Portlets

Your Dashboard in Zurmo is just that! It’s yours! It is customizable to your needs and the customizations are easy to accomplish.

First, make sure you are on your Dashboard page by selecting the Dashboard option.

Then, determine the Portlet you want to move and the location on your Dashboard you want to move it to! To select the Portlet, simply hover your mouse cursor over the title bar of the Portlet you want to move. When you hover your mouse cursor over the title bar of the Portlet you want to move, your cursor symbol will change to the ‘move’ symbol which looks like this:

Move Cursor

Simply left click and hold your mouse button. Then, while continuing to hold the mouse left click button, drag the Portlet you have chosen to the new location on your Dashboard. As you drag your Portlet to the new location, you will notice a dotted outline appear.

My Missions

This outline illustrates the position where your new Portlet will be positioned. If you are satisfied with the location illustrated by the dotted outline, simply finish dragging the Portlet to the new location completely, and release the mouse button. The Portlet will fasten itself to the new location once the mouse button is released.
