We are running into CPU overload issues which is putting our VPS down everyday 3-4 times. We have been offered to upgrade to your entry level Dedicated Server as a solution. I need to understand how will that help. As I see it, in VPS we have a QUAD core processor while in dedicated server you are offering DUAL core processor. Admittedly, RAM is higher 4 GB vs 2 GB and HDD 500 GB vs 80 GB. But our current problem is that PHP processes are using all of CPU power putting our server down. Please advise, if this upgrade from VPS Pro to basic Dedicated Server will solve our issue? Am I missing something in CPU comparison?

With a managed VPS we will make sure it is up to date and install any modules you need installed. We will not be able to change the core system of the VPS through and so we would not be able to install programs such as nginx.
