In TomatoCart 126.96.36.199, when the customers add the items into their shopping cart, a confirmation dialog will be dropped down to show some cart information to the customers. Several users contact me to report that the dialog doesn’t come up as expected.
I enabled the pop_dialog in the admin for when the customer click on the buy button and then he will see the pop_up dialog, but it seems only to activate if the shopping cart box is disabled.
I makes no sense to do that, because you can choose in the admin to activate it or not and I can’t find where I can change this so that it is enabled no matter which box is enabled or not.
The reason of this problem is that the popup dialog will be shown as long as the ajax shopping cart box module is disabled in your store. But, if you wish to make it show even if the ajax shopping box module is enabled, please apply the changes for your store as follows:
Step 1. Download the package from https://www.dropbox.com/s/58pe3zh3y108gfj/git%23212.zip
Step 2. Uncompress the package on your local computer using any TAR- or ZIP-compatible archive software.
Step 3. Upload all the includes fold from downloaded archive to your TomatoCart root directory on the web server from the your local PC folder, where you unarchived the package. You need to override directories and files if your copy process request confirmation.
Now, you could enable or disable the dialog under admin panel > configuration > configuration > my store > Enable the confirmation dialog for add to cart action.
