“What is a Block?” is a question that comes up on a regular basis. This article will explain what a block is and how you can use it to add unique content to your phpFox website.
phpFox uses a system of Blocks, to organize content on your site. The word block refers to two separate things. The first, being the Position on the page. And the second, being a Content block that can be placed in one of the Position blocks.
There are 13 Position blocks in a typical installation of phpFox. These positions are pictured below (note that blocks 9 and 10 are not visible, they are positioned above the header). You can create Content blocks and place them in any of these Position blocks to show content in any location of your website.Learn More

All but the Default come with a single style, Default comes with 4 different styles to choose from: Default, Facebookish, Altitude, and Density. You may or may not want to have all or some of these themes enabled, and you may want to purchase or download a new theme to use on your site. For now, we will work with the default themes.Learn More
