How to Manage Replication Jobs in Alfresco

As described in my previous blog The Replication Jobs tool in the Admin Console enables you to create and manage replication jobs in Share. A replication job specifies the content to be replicated; the day and time the job is to be performed; and the target location for the replicated content.
Now once jobs are created admin need to manage those jobs to meets the change in the requirements.

In today’s article, I will show you how to use the “Groups” module with your Dolphin 7 based site. Before we begin we need to install the module and two dependant modules (“Orca Forum” and “Files”). A step by step guide on installing the Dolphin 7 base modules can be found here.
Once we have all three modules installed we can access the admin options by clicking “Groups” under the “Modules” menu on the left side of the screen. From this screen we can add a new group of see the current groups.
