August is traditionally a lull time for many folks in the Northern Hemisphere, including developers. Our mojoPortal folks have been heads-down on new projects – here are the highlights.

i7 Media has released their first html5mojo skin, SwiftBlue v1. From Joe Davis of i7Media: “SwiftBlue is the first in a series of template skins developed by i7MEDIA for mojoPortal. It was designed as a contribution to the mojoPortal community and the html5mojo project. SwiftBlue has been created with semantics-friendly HTML5 Markup.”

mojoPortal officially released the mojoPortal Skin Exporter for Artisteer 4 - this plugin for Artisteer allows designers to create a template in Artisteer, and directly export it for use in a mojoPortal implementation. While Artisteer 4 is still in beta, this is a great step forward in being able to create templates quickly and easily for use in mojoPortal websites.
