Have you recently upgraded your SocialEngine site to the latest version and found that your members profiles crash with a white screen and cannot seem to fix the issues?
If you logged into your Admin Panel to check the error log, you may notice there is no error relating to a fault with profiles, this fault occurs due to the fields table within profiles.
If you have upgraded from an older version say 4.5.0 to 4.8.7 there would be alot of files which has changed.
When doing the system upgrade did you only download the Update package from your socialengine client area you will be missing alot of files which would have been updated over the versions.
To fix your white screen issues all you need to do is download the full package from socialengine and extract the files to your desktop and then reupload them to your root directory where SE is installed.
This will not change any settings or users data, but if you have made personal changes to any files ensure you back them up to ensure you can recreate your changes once again.
Once all files haves been updated you will notice that the white page issues should have now been restored back to normal.
To help prevent this happening again ensure you keep your SocialEngine upto date.
