SocialEngine 4: PHP notice: “fgetcsv(): Error

When making changes to your Performance and Catch section of Social Engine you may find yourself being prompted with this error:

” PHP notice: “fgetcsv(): Error”

If you look in your error log this error will look something like this:

2015-08-13T09:21:22+00:00 NOTICE (5): [8] fgetcsv() [function.fgetcsv]: escape must be a single character ([...]application/modules/Core/Controller/Action/Admin.php) [141]
Error Code: 63af92
Stack trace:
[...]application/modules/Core/Controller/Action/Admin.php(141): fgetcsv(Resource id #373, 0, ';', '"', '\#')

to help Fix this problem you can change the code within :

application/modules/Core/Controller/Action/Admin.php on line 141 with this coding

while( ( $phrase = fgetcsv( $data, 0, ';', '"', '\\' ) ) !== FALSE ) {

This will fix the error that has been occurring.
