1-When I tried to upload a file via Arvixe
–thru file manager to the public file and home file,
it was unsuccessful.

-2(Is this correct-do I need to us firexilla or something similar to upload files to Arvixe?(it appears not)

3- i also took a photoshop template from skadate and unstuffed it via an .rar utility file– allowed me to open it.

4-I the saved the file as index.html through photoshop. (will this particular saving option, keep my files in a working order,
meaning to still be able to use all of the features, like the click boxes etc.

5-ULTIMATELY!!! could you please RESTORE all the Arvixe files to from Oct 6 (about 8 days ago), to get it to it’s original files set up. I think I ended up deleting files that didn’t work during the insufficient uploads and this may be causing problems for new uploads -if I have them correctly set up.

I appreciate your knowledge on these matters as my site need to get up and running.
Any extra advice is greatly appreciated.
