Test Websites on Multiple Browser Versions

I do not normally write an article for a particular product or service but I came across a product that forced me to write an exception. Let me back up and describe my problem. I created a web site for a client using a jquery plugin and when I tested it in IE 9 everything worked great. I then tested it in safari, Chrome, Firefox and once again everything worked great.
