OpenCart – Install OpenCart on Arvixe

This article will demonstrate how to install the latest version of Opencart from within your Arvixe hosting account cPanel. One of the many benefits of hosting with Arvixe is that it takes the work out of doing the complete custom install yourself.

After you sign up with Arvixe, direct your browser to your cPanel. Login with the user name and password given to you. Once logged in, scroll down and look for the Softaculous Aps Installer.

one

Scroll through the top list of softwares until you find Open Cart and click on the icon. You are now going to see a page that looks like this:

two

Now just click on the install button and you will see information fields. These fields must be filled out properly. If you click Install without doing so it will throw validation errors your way.

three

The only thing to do now is click INSTALL at the bottom. That’s it!

I am using PersonalClass ASP and have installed OpenCart with vQmod which was working fine until recently when I’m unable to log into Admin due to folder permission. The problem I believe is with vQmod and Windows server. Do you have any ideas? Thank you in advance.

Basically I cannot install vQmod using autoinstaller.
