mojoPortal Tips: Where to Find Help for mojoPortal Issues
Written by Carole Bennett Friday, 11 January 2013
mojoPortal is a great CMS; easy to deploy and simple to use. However, when expanding the functionality of mojoPortal to meet specific needs for your client projects, there are times you really need some additional guidance. Here are some resources to help you out.
First, we’ll start with the mojoPortal articles you can access here on Arvixe.com – over a hundred tutorials on a wide range of topics, from setup to deployment, customization and add-ons. If there’s a topic you can’t currently find a tutorial that addresses it, shoot me a line, and I’ll research it, get you a response, and work it into the tutorial list.
There’s also a huge selection of articles on the mojoPortal.com site itself, with more being added all the time.
If you’re looking for an interactive resource, check out the mojoPortal community forums, and select the forum that most closely resembles the issue you’re encountering. The community is quite friendly, and you’ll usually get a round of responses in short order.
If all these resources still can’t get you to a solution, it might be time to call in the “big guns”. Joe Audette, principal architect and developer of mojoPortal, also provides consulting services as Source Tree Solutions. If you’re looking for a provider slightly closer to home, you might find your answer on the mojoPortal Consulting Partners page.
