Managing Mail Groups in WebsitePanel

WebsitePanel enables you to create e-mail groups. It provides you an ability to add several email addresses under one common email.

(1) Login to WebsitePanel

(2) Select Mail | Groups. You can also click PersonalClass ASP Pro option and select Mail |Groups menu item from the navigation panel located on the left hand side.

(3) Select Create Mail Group button

(4) You have to provide a username for your email group, select the relevant domain and populate the email addresses inside Group E-Mails box. Make sure to add once email address per line.

(5) Your mail group will be created and displayed inside Mail Groups panel.

(6) If you send one email using the common mail id, then it will be delivered to all members of the group.

Mail Groups are suitable if you manage a small community of around 50 people.
