    I can’t get hold of anyone…I requested one of my domains to not be auto-renewed…and instead arvixe shut down my server. I need it up and running ASAP because i have very important work being done on it. Can anyone help?

    The live chat has said “0 minutes” for chatting…for quite a while now. Phone is no better. HELP PLESE

    I moved my website and email to Arvixe at the end of July 2015. Since moving, my site and email have been down at least 4 times. Arvixe support is impossible to work with. You can never speak to a human being (even during normal business hours) and the online chat almost never has an agent to speak with. Today my site and email have been down and I can’t get in touch with technical support.

    Unreliable hosting and terrible technical support mean that I will have to find a new host ASAP.

    Rather than blogging, I suggest Arvixe gets their act together!
