When the “New Features Available” dialog pops up after entering the password, select the following: AdminPack.Client, IisClient, and AspnetClient. You need those to see the ASP.NET and IIS sections.

“Unable to perform the operation. Please contact your server administrator to check authorization and delegation settings.”

I have made sure that the website user has write and read permissions to all the directories and files. Any ideas?
