Map your Current Visitors in Clip-Bucket v2

Hello,

If you one that always likes giving their site a unique look, read this article to learn how to add a map that marks where your visitors are from. This uses a 3rd party website to track them. Works for v2.

We will add the map as a 300×250 advertisement, which will be shown on the 300×250 ad placements.

1. Log into your admin_area (http://yoursite.tld/admin_area)

2. On the left column, under the Advertisement tab, click on Manage Advertisements.

3. Fill in the ad info:

-Name: Map (something like that)

-Placement: Medium Rectangle 300×250

-Code:

<!-- BEGIN: Powered by Supercounters.com -->
<center><script type="text/javascript" src="http://widget.supercounters.com/map.js"></script><script type="text/javascript">var sc_map_var = sc_map_var || [];sc_map(762634,"112288","ff0000",71)</script><br><noscript><a href="http://www.supercounters.com/">Visitor Map Widget</a></noscript>
</center>
<!-- END: Powered by Supercounters.com -->

-Active: Active

4. Press Add Advertisement

And that’s it! The map will be shown on that ad placement. If you have other ads assigned to that placement, the ads will rotate. Should you have any questions, comments or article suggestions, please let me know.

Best Regards,

Richi
