How to Make an A Record in cPanel

This article will give you a step by step guide on how to make an A record in cPanel. Sign into your cPanel and follow these steps:

1) Go to Domains and click Simple DNS Zone Editor

2) Enter the Name for your record

3) Enter the IP Address for your record

4) Click Add Record

5) You will then get a confirmation that you have added the A record

   What do you refer by ‘example’
   And which address,should i write

   Hello Paul,
   For name, you are simply entering the domain or subdomain that you want to direct people from. For the address, you want to enter the IP address that you want the name to send visitors to. For example, if you enter the name “test” and the IP address “1.111.111.1,” visitors going to test.YourDomain.com will be redirected to that IP address.
