How to Install MonoX From Your WebsitePanel Using Microsoft Web App Gallery

This article will give you a step by step guide on how to install MonoX from your WebsitePanel. Sign into your WebsitePanel and follow these steps:

1) Click Domains

2) Click Add Domain

3) Click Sub-domain

4) Enter the name of your sub-domain. For this example, we will be using “monox” as the sub-domain name

5) Click Add Domain

6) Click Microsoft Web App Gallery in the Hosting Space Menu on the left

7) Find and click MonoX

8 ) Click Next

9) Select the sub-domain you just created

10) Enter a database password

If you get an error saying “Cannot use entered value for parameter ‘Database Password’. The value must match the regular expression ‘(?=^.{8,}$)((?=.*\d)|(?=.*\W+))(?![.\n])(?=.*[A-Z])(?=.*[a-z]).*”, make sure your password is at least 8 characters long with at least one lower case letter, one upper case letter and one number.

11) Enter an email address that you want to be used to send outgoing messages from

You may change the other settings that are available to further customize MonoX; however, the installation will work without changing any of the other settings

12) Click Install

13) You will then get a confirmation that your installation is complete

Once your installation is complete, your new MonoX page will look like this:

To test MonoX before installing it, visit monox.arvixedemo.com and use the username “monodemo” with the password “Testmono1″
