In your Hosting Space Menu, click Web Sites. Find the website you are trying to install the application on and open it. Click Extensions. Where it says ASP.NET, change it to 4.0 and then click Update. The installation should work now! Good luck :)

In installing it I am getting an error that says
The application could not be installed:
- Error while install application pack
- Error while installing application package: The application pool that you are trying to use has the 'managedRuntimeVersion' property set to 'v2.0'. This application requires 'v4.0'.

I have gone to the Jave site and downloaded / installed Runtime V6, but still get the error message. Any suggestions?

I have updated the 4th image to make it more clear. Where I entered 'mojoportal' was for the sub-domain name; the app would then be at mojoportal.abcde.com. The www. is not necessary in this installation. I pick sub-domains for the installations so that they do not all get installed to the main domain. The main domain is ArvixeDemo.com which contains multiple sub-domains with apps installed to each of them. If you want to install the app to your main domain, you may skip the first 5 steps and simply select your main domain (abcde.com) on step 9.

Hi there,

One thing not clear in the above installation.

If I buy a domain of www.abcde.com what do I put where you put mojoportal.com?

What I am unsure of is:
1) Where does the www. go?
2) Why do you pick a sub-domain and not a domain?

I would want the website reference on the internet to ultimately go to www.abcde.com and not abcde.com nor abcde.arvixe.com.

Thanks.
