Written by Arian Jahansouz Thursday, 14 July 2011

In this article, I will give you a step-by-step guide on how to install and activate plugins in your WordPress blog. If you do not have a WordPress blog, click here to install it on WebsitePanel or click here to install it on cPanel. Sign in to your WordPress blog and follow these steps:

1) Click Plugins

2) Click Add New

3) You may now search for a plugin. In this article, we will install the Facebook Like button as an example. Enter key search terms and click Search Plugins.

4) Find the plugin you want and click Install Now

5) You will then get a confirmation that your plugin has been installed. Click Activate Plugin.

6) You will then get a confirmation that your plugin has been activated.

That’s it! Your new plugin has been installed and activated!
