How to Install WordPress MU From Your cPanel Using Softaculous

This article will give you a step by step guide on how to install WordPress MU from your cPanel. Sign into your cPanel and follow these steps:

1) Click Softaculous.

2) Scroll down to “Blogs”. Find the “WordPress MU” link and click on it.

3) Click “Install”.

4) Fill out all of the boxes. For “In Directory” type the name of a new directory you would like created. By default, the box will be left blank to install the software into your main directory. Enter the sites name and description. Create the administrators username, password and enter their email address.  When you are finished, click “Install”.

5) You will then get a confirmation page of your installation.

    Now the interface is not the same anymore. In this new face of Softaculous you can not find the ‘INSTALL’ button.
    Please somebody help me how to install wordpress 2.9 by using new interface of Softaculous.

    use the normal install, it works just fine, don’t be lazy, is like the normal wpress and don’t forget about the dns wildcard if you are going to use subdomains instead of directories. good luck

    Hey there would you mind stating which blog platform you’re using? I’m looking to start my own blog soon but I’m having a difficult time choosing between BlogEngine/Wordpress/B2evolution and Drupal. The reason I ask is because your layout seems different then most blogs and I’m looking for something unique. P.S Apologies for being off-topic but I had to ask!
