How to Find Missing Phrases in phpFox

This article will show you how to find missing phrases in your phpFox website.

Sometimes, after installing an addon or upgrading the phpFox script you will find that phrases appear to be missing from the Phrase Manager.  There is a utility in phpFox that you can use to find these phrases.

Login to your admincp and select Extensions > Manage Language Packs.

On the Manage Language Packs page, click the drop down arrow to the left of (MASTER) English (US) and select Find Missing Phrases to run the Find Missing Phrases utility.

The Find Missing Phrases utility will automatically run through each of the modules on your phpFox website and find any phrases that are not showing in your Phrase Manager, and insert them into it.

When the Find Missing Phrases utility is finished, you will see a message that it has successfully imported missing phrases.

success

The missing phrases should now be available in the Phrase Manager!
