How to change the color of tags in Xenforo

So one of the coolest things that Xenforo has is a tag section. It makes it pretty easy to see what your members are searching and the tags that they are using to do so.

By editing the extras.css we can add awesome colored tags to our forums. So what do I mean by tags? Well if you go to your forum and you navigate to tags you will see that there are a bunch of tags! It looks like the following image:

As you can see from the above image we have tons of tags. But we can change this.

So let’s go ahead and log into our admin cp and then navigate to Appearance like so:

Then we are going to click on templates like so:

So as always we are going to search for extras.css in order to do this editing like so:

Once you click on it you will see this page:

So we are going to add the following CSS code into extras in the giant white box. The code is as follows:

.tagCloud .tagCloudTag4
    color: orange;

.tagCloud .tagCloudTag5
    color: red;
    font-weight: bold;

So after we do that we are going to make sure that we click save like so:

So after we do that we can make sure that it worked by going back to our tags-2

So there you have it!!!!!!!!

If you have any questions or comments please feel free to ask away!
