How to Add Icons for User Groups in phpFox

This article will focus on how to add user group icons specific to each of your user groups.

A great way to acknowledge members in different user groups, is to give each user group a unique icon.  This icon will show up on the info tab of your user’s profile pages.

The first thing you want to do is find or make icons for each of your user groups.   After you have the icons ready, log into your phpFox AdminCP.  Select Users > Manage User Groups.

On the next page, select the arrow to the left of the user group that you are adding an icon to.  Select Edit User Group.

On the next page, select Browse to browse your computer for the icon you want to upload for this user group.  When you are ready, select Submit.

After selecting Submit, the page should look similar to the following screenshot.  The icon that you uploaded for this user group should now be visible.

This is how it looks on your user’s profile:

You now know how to add/change user group icons for each of your user groups!
