It works only in the home page because the variable $editor_picks is only declared in home page. You need to declare it in the other pages you want to use it.

For the paths, if hosted in Arvixe, please read this article: http://blog.arvixe.com/what-are-the-exact-uploading-and-conversion-settings-of-clip-bucket/

To upload videos from your computer, you must login at your CB powered website, and then click on Upload, located at the top right. Fill in the fields: Title, Description and tags, then proceed to browse the video file in your computer. Click Upload. Wait until it finishes, and there you go, you can now watch your video.
