Fix Mass Uploader in Clip-Bucket v2

Hello,

For all those that have a broken Mass Uploader, today’s your lucky day. This article will guide you through the process of correcting this error that makes the Mass Uploader always ask you to select at least one category, when it’s already been selected. If your Mass Uploader is broken, you know what I’m talking about. This was tested in v2.6 Rev 738.

The error lies in the form.class.php file. We will replace it with the latest version as of the writing of this article (03/31/2014).

1. Download the zipped form.class.php file from here.

2. Browse to your Clip-Bucket root installation either by FTP or via cPanel’s File Manager.

3. Browse to ./includes/classes/*

4. Upload the ZIP you downloaded and extract it with the File Manager, or previously extract in your local computer and upload the PHP file. Overwrite when prompted.

And that’s it! Many of us have struggled with this broken feature that is actually very powerful and one of the main pros Clip-Bucket has. I hope this helps you take the best out of your Clip-Bucket powered website. Should you have any question, suggestion or comment, just let me know and I’ll be more than glad to assist you!

Best Regards,

Richi
