Customer Satisfaction Survey – January 2013
Last month our Quality Assurance team sent out over 3,000 surveys at random to our customers to find out exactly what everyone thought about our products and services.
We are still currently reviewing the survey comments, but the satisfaction scores have been tabulated.
Our customers rated us an 8.67 on a scale of 1-10 (ten being the best).
Our team is happy to report that we will continue to actively work every day on ways to improve our score. From hiring improvements, to the creation of an entirely new training system. Here at Arvixe, we are committed to 100% customer satisfaction.
As for lucky the winner?
At random, our survey system pulled a winner for this awesome prize. We’re happy to announce that the winner of the Galaxy Tab 2 is Todd from keymonkeys.com.
