restoring your backup is not too difficult a task.

1st I would upload all the files/folders in the backup, overwriting the ones currently on the server.
2nd I would drop all tables in the database, and then upload my database backup via phpmyadmin.
3rd I would clear the site cache found in file/cache, leaving the index.html file.

this should restore your site completely back to what it was when you did the backup.]]></description>
