Once again, our Quality Assurance (QA) department sent out our monthly customer satisfaction surveys. Out of the 448 that were returned, we ended up with the following rating.
Our customers rated us an 8.31 on a scale of 1-10 (ten being the best).
After responding to several hundred surveys and gathering all of our data, we had our system automatically choose a winner.
This month, the winner of our Galaxy Tab 2 is NJanis with http://www.iamhisbeloved.com.

Well we’re at it again!
We’ve had another month of truly successful surveys and we’re happy to report that we’ve got a winner. Before we dive into who won this month though, let’s see the results!
We sent out roughly 3,600 surveys this month. Our average service rating (scale of 1-10) was a 8.63 and 94% of our surveyed customers would recommend us to their friends.
We definitely want to see that rating go up and we’re going to actively working on making that happen, but we’re very pleased that so many of our customers would recommend us to others!
Now, for the fun part; Congratulations Robert with rfausey.net from New Jersey on winning a brand new Galaxy Tab 2!

Last month our Quality Assurance team sent out over 3,000 surveys at random to our customers to find out exactly what everyone thought about our products and services.
We are still currently reviewing the survey comments, but the satisfaction scores have been tabulated.
Our team is happy to report that we will continue to actively work every day on ways to improve our score. From hiring improvements, to the creation of an entirely new training system. Here at Arvixe, we are committed to 100% customer satisfaction.
As for lucky the winner?
