Customer Satisfaction Survey – April 2013

Once again, our Quality Assurance (QA) department sent out our monthly customer satisfaction surveys. Out of the 448 that were returned, we ended up with the following rating.

Our customers rated us an 8.31 on a scale of 1-10 (ten being the best).

After responding to several hundred surveys and gathering all of our data, we had our system automatically choose a winner.
This month, the winner of our Galaxy Tab 2 is NJanis with http://www.iamhisbeloved.com.

Well we’re at it again!

We’ve had another month of truly successful surveys and we’re happy to report that we’ve got a winner. Before we dive into who won this month though, let’s see the results!

We sent out roughly 3,600 surveys this month. Our average service rating (scale of 1-10) was a 8.63 and 94% of our surveyed customers would recommend us to their friends.

We definitely want to see that rating go up and we’re going to actively working on making that happen, but we’re very pleased that so many of our customers would recommend us to others!

Now, for the fun part; Congratulations Robert with rfausey.net from New Jersey on winning a brand new Galaxy Tab 2!

Transferring a domain from GoDaddy

In order to transfer your domain from GoDaddy, you must first unlock your domain and obtain the transfer authorization code from within your GoDaddy Account Manager. You also need to disable private registration on the domain (if enabled).

Managing Notifications with 6Scan

In the dashboard of your 6Scan control panel, you can manage notifications for 6Scan.

Once logged into your cPanel, click on the 6Scan icon under the Security section of the cPanel. Once there, click on ‘Dashboard’, and then the settings tab. Finally, click on the notifications tab.

Notifications are managed for each domain that 6Scan is enabled for. You have the following self explanatory notification options.

1. Email me when new vulnerabilities are found on my site
2. Email me a weekly report
3. Send me an SMS when new vulnerabilities are found on my site

That’s it, easy right?
