How to Add Snow Effects To Your SocialEngine Website

As Christmas and winter are just around the corner, why not add some snow to your SocialEngine Site or any site you run

This is a JavaScript-driven snow effect that can be easily added to any web pages.

It is free for use, and easy to set up.
A single JavaScript file provides the functionality required.
No images are used for the snow effect.

Installation:

1) Download the attachment, Extract it and then Upload snowstorm.js to your root social engine
2) Login in your Admin Cp then click on: Layout > Layout Editor > Site Header
3) Add an Html Block above Mini Menu and add this code in the html block:

<script src=”snowstorm.js”></script>

4) Click on Save Changes and flush your Social engine Cache to view the snow

You can customize the Snow properties in: snowstorm.js
You can use notepad or your favorite text editor to open snowstorm.js
